What types of design services does Clique offer?
We offer complete website redesigns and single design services such as homepage designs, single page designs, design reviews, UX copywriting, user testing and visual element reviews. If you have a specific design need, feel free to contact us at hello@cliqueuxdesign.com.
How does the design process work with Clique?
Once you request a proposal, we’ll send you a design plan based on your details - we might ask a few more questions to make sure it’s as accurate as possible. From here, accepting the proposal secures your spot in our schedule, and we’ll get started! We’ll keep you updated whilst gathering your feedback and making sure you’re happy with the final result.
What is the timeline for a typical project with Clique?
Our project timeline guidelines are outlined in our services page and vary by package. For single design services, we’ll provide an estimation date based on your project requirements.
Can I provide input or feedback during the design process?
Absolutely! The more feedback you provide during your feedback period, the better we can adjust where needed. Our packages come with the number of revisions outlined in our services page. For single design services, we’ll need to go over your requirements before allocating an appropriate number of revisions for your project.
Do you provide design files and assets upon project completion?
We provide a full hand-off of the designs at the completion of the project. This includes any final design files, and all of the deliverables outlined in your design proposal.
What if I have specific branding guidelines or preferences?
We work with any existing design assets you provide, as well as any new guidelines or preferences you may have for your project. These guidelines can be design-centred or inspiration-centred if you’re working within a mood board. The more information you can provide us, the better we can interpret you vision to bring it to life.
Can Clique assist with website development or implementation?
Absolutely! We offer two options for our website packages: design only, or design + development. This way, we can help you bring your creative vision to life either through static website mockups, or through an end-to-end design and development package (WordPress & Elementor Pro).
