01 Starting point

Sphere IT’s original website had inconsistencies in the UI which didn’t reflect their message of being modern and authoritative IT consultants. The website didn’t use screen real estate to their advantage hence lacking user engagement. Navigation, calls to action and website copy needed to be improved in order to encourage users towards the information they needed.

02 Objective

To position Sphere IT as a leader in IT consultancy and bring their website up to UI and UX best practices and standards in order to reflect this. This aimed to better communicate and highlight key service offerings, competitive advantages and benefits to the user in order to convince users to choose Sphere IT.

03 Vision

The vision was to create a clean, modern and authoritative brand image that reflected the quality of the services provided by Sphere IT. Blue and white were used as the main colours to reflect stability and trust, along with elements reminiscent of data and technology to reflect services and specialisation & competence in the IT industry.

04 Outcome

The high-quality positioning of Sphere IT is now reflected throughout the website and information about their services and offerings are now easier for users to browse. This makes it quick and easy for users to understand the service benefits and helps them in their decision-making process, ultimately leading to an increase in user interest and enquiries.
