Leveraging AI to facilitate how people appeal parking tickets in the UK.
01 Starting point
Resolvo had a strong main message but it didn’t engage users effectively from the landing page. The information appeared scattered and the main call-to-action, although prominent, wasn’t well-integrated. The user interface at a glance didn’t clearly convey Resolvo’s purpose resulting in a website that struggled to convert visitors into users.
02 Objective
To better communicate Resolvo’s value proposition, better integrate the main call-to-action button and increase conversions. We aimed to streamline the scrolling experience of the homepage to increase the product’s appeal and optimise the user experience, encouraging them to take action.
03 Vision

The vision was to create a fun and engaging website that reflected a vehicle-centred theme and vibrant colour palette. We incorporated black and yellow accents to differentiate certain elements and placed the call-to-action buttons strategically to help them stand out as bold and attention-grabbing.

04 Outcome
The scrolling experience of the homepage is now a more engaging and immersive journey for users. By explaining Resolvo’s value proposition throughout the site, users are encouraged to take action and click the call-to-action button to start using the tool, increasing user conversion rates.
